Slicing into a beautiful red pepper while preparing dinner last night, I was presented with this little oddity. I never know if these 'Pepper Gut Art' forms serve a functional purpose for the pepper or are just an anomaly in which I amuse myself. Either way I think I shall start a photo collecton of 'Pepper Gut Art' forms when I am deliciously presented with one. Thank you pepper gods.
